Suitable for parents who are looking for a little bit of extra support or are outside of Western Australia. 

Suitable for parents who don’t need as much hands-on support or are outside of Western Australia, this includes an initial 30minute phone/video consultation to discuss the plan, implementation, and goals. Email or message support for up to two weeks to fine tune and achieve your goals.                                                                   

This is the plan for parents who want to discuss the plan face to face in-depth, and/or have assistance with delivering the technique of choice. I will come to your home for 2hours and discuss your plan and chosen method with you, assess your sleep environment to make sure it’s optimal for sleep and demonstrate the chosen method if you wish. Up to two weeks support via phone or email/message.

NB. Only available in the Perth Metro area daytime.         

None of the above options suit your needs please discuss your needs and I can tailor a package to suit your needs and budget.                                                                

Tune-up for previous clients who may need an updated routine or support with new transitions and changes. To be discussed and decided upon.                      

Sometimes you need help with more than just one little one. 

I can create an additional plan including support for siblings as well to help the whole family get the sleep they deserve.
